Orders ship from our facility at 2525 West 4th Ave., Hialeah, FL 33010.
Shipping costs and delivery
Shipping costs and the delivery options available for your address are shown at checkout, before you pay.
For our retail packs, orders of $100 or more ship free within the United States. Below $100, standard and expedited rates are calculated by order weight. Orders shipped outside the United States are quoted by the carrier at checkout.
Bulk boxes are charged separately, as set out below.
Bulk boxes
Bulk boxes are large, lightweight cartons, and carriers charge for the space they take up rather than their weight. They are therefore shipped on different terms from our retail packs.
- Bulk boxes carry a flat shipping rate, shown at checkout. They are not eligible for free shipping, whatever the order total.
- Bulk boxes ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.
- For bulk delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, a US territory, an APO/FPO address, or anywhere outside the United States, please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering. Email orders@x-caps.com or call 1-877-227-7185.
Damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders
If your order arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or is missing items, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Our refund policy explains how credits work.
