Our gelatin capsules are made from 100% bovine hide gelatin, produced to strict quality and safety standards by audited, FDA-registered manufacturing partners. They are Kosher, Halal and non-GMO certified, and they are printed and packed at our Hialeah facility, which is FDA, USDA and DEA registered and inspected.
What is the availability?
Our products are updated and restocked weekly to ensure consistent availability. If an item is temporarily out of stock, it will be replenished as quickly as possible.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. X-Caps capsules are used to make products intended for human consumption. Once an order has left our facility we cannot confirm how it was stored or handled, so we are unable to accept returns, and returned capsules cannot be restocked or resold. This applies to every order, including bulk and custom printed orders.
If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right with store credit. We issue a credit when an order arrives damaged, is defective, is not what you ordered, or is missing items. We cannot issue a credit for a change of mind, or when the wrong size, color or quantity was selected at checkout.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, at orders@x-caps.com or 1-877-227-7185, with your order number, a short description of the problem and photos of the capsules and the packaging they arrived in. Please keep the capsules and packaging, and do not send anything back unless we ask you to. Full terms are in our refund policy.
